Good Books

it seems like it's getting harder and harder to find a good book. alot of the books i've picked up lately looked good at the store or library, but once i start them, i realise that it's not really good, infact it's just like that other book i read once. it's agrivating. but if anyone has a title of a good book they want to give me, please feel free to tell me :)

I guess it depends on what kind of books you like. When I was your age I started reading "The Fountainhead" by Ayn Rand. Also, I've heard Death of a Salesman is pretty good. All of these I read in my Honor's English classes in high school.

I loved "The Outsiders", and Enders game.

hey!!!! and i got your message a little late...i haven't been on lately. :P
anyways yeah anytime. now that i'm reading one of the oldest and complicated books ever is kind of hard. not because of the book itself, but because i went from the lowest level of reading (comic books, which is almost as bad as picture books! well, er, those are pictures now aren't they? lol, you know what i mean. i like skipped a HUGE step. from pathetic to overly..er...powerful? i don't know, you probably don't even want to hear this. but i'm just saying that you should be happy i've put off comics to read actual novels! lol
and i lurve no doubt :P

peaces, carrie.

p.s. i was considering having a girls night out at my house. we could go over at starbucks then at my house to watch a movie. i considered inviting eliza but she says she wont be free till sat. which isn't that convenient because i have to babysit my lil' bro that night.
but on friday i think i'd invite gabby, you (of course), lena....and some other people. but no boys. ESPECIALLY sam, k? I want it an official girls night out!
besides, it's more fun that way!
;)
later!
